Andrew (or ‘Stubbsy’ as he is known to the surgeons and medical partners he works alongside) developed much of his 13+ year medical device experience, starting with Orthotech and then as State Manager for Lima Orthopaedics. By the time his apprenticeship under the renowned SSY at Orthotech was mastered, Stubbsy had learned what it took to build and deploy successful medical devices.

His deep knowledge in the orthopaedic space and attention to detail gives him the ability to calmly problem-solve complex issues in theatre as they arise.  These core attributes have enabled him to build AP surgical’s reputation as an industry leader and valuable asset to any surgical team. Stubbsy is a passionate advocate of the environment and people’s health, regularly donating to men’s health initiatives and indigenous outreach programs. He is a passionate surfer, snowboarder and golfer.

James has a passion for medical device warehousing and operations, with 17+ years of experience with orthopaedic loan sets and warehousing. Using the systems and practices he learned over 15 years with the likes of Stryker and Smith & Nephew, he has developed and refined a similar set of systems and practices at AP Surgical. James is an enthusiastic 4WD and camping expert who loves his jet ski and getting amongst the Aussie bush with a Southern Comfort in hand.

Dean has 19+ years of orthopaedic device knowledge, developing his experience during roles at Zimmer Biomet and Depuy prior to joining AP Surgical.  He is a laser-focused orthopaedic-device sales representative who uses grit, determination and dedication to deliver outstanding results for partners, hospitals and patients. Dean is a passionate surfer, who also enjoys swimming , yoga and Japanese tea.

Is the all-round good guy ARGG of the company.  He has 9+ years of medical device experience, with a particularly high-level of sports medicine knowledge, which he honed while working at Conmed. Jonesy brings passion and dedication to the company as if it were his own.  He is dedicated to the lycra, with both a deep passion for and strong ability in road and competitive cycling.  He is a brilliant golfer and guitarist and generally just enjoys being an all-round good guy.
